Our Story
Kingston 7 started the way the best meals always do — around a crowded table, with someone refusing to share their recipe. Our founder grew up watching their grandmother transform humble ingredients into the most unforgettable meals: pimento wood smoke, scotch bonnet heat, thyme from the garden, all working together in ways that felt almost alchemical.
When they moved to Woodstock, Georgia, that kitchen stayed with them. Every dish on our menu is a memory honored — the same techniques, the same care, the same insistence that good food doesn't need to be complicated, just honest. We source local produce when we can, import our pimento and scotch bonnets because some things simply can't be substituted, and we never rush a batch of jerk marinade.
This isn't fusion. This isn't adaptation for comfort. This is Jamaica, the way it's meant to be tasted — and now it's available right here on Hickory Flat Highway.
